Steam lists January 29 release date for Cities XXL, owners of Cities XL can pre-order for half price

Steam is listing a release date of January 29 for Focus Home Interactive's city builder Cities XXL, and there's a couple of juicy pre-order deals available. If you own Cities XL (original, 2011, 2012 or Ultimate versions) you'll be able to secure an impressive 50% off the sequel. Not too bad at all. Regular pre-orders carry a 20% discount.

The Cities XL franchise has a new family member as today Focus Home Interactive announce Cities XXL, which is a "bigger, better city builder" looking to stretch those city limits even further. A teaser trailer has been released, with Cities XXL containing over 1,000 buildings, over 70 maps with new landscapes and environments, as well as new ecological gameplay features.
