This Fantasy General II mod is a partial conversion that adds the ability to hire mercenaries from other races on an ongoing basis. The mod also changes the economy, loot table, unit characteristics, and so on, including the forces of the empire and the undead. It also adds a bunch of different little things, starting with additional slots for artifacts from units and ending with the addition of a new hero.
