The developer formerly known as Black Tusk under Microsoft seems to be working on a new IP, according to a multimedia production house working with them on the new game.
If you were worried that last year's cross-platform multiplayer test for Gears of War 4 wasn't to bare fruit, you'd be wrong. The Coalition sneaked the final implementation out a couple of days ago.
Gears of War 4 may have avoided the mass shooter push of the holiday season by releasing in September, but that hasn't stopped the multiplayer aspect of the title from losing players as a feverish pace. It may be no officially documented figures, but there's a rather major multiplayer test taking place this weekend in a sure-fire attempt to ease the issue.
Seen enough Gridlock for one lifetime? Since the dawn of the original Gears of War, Epic, and now The Coalition, has brought everyone's favorite locust-infested multiplayer map back into every game in the series - usually eliminating the need for most of the other maps. Well now we're getting some more free recreations in an attempt to dethrone the concrete jungle yet again.
With the launch week Gears of War 4 Double EXP event regrettably going the way of the dodo after a slight extension - likely due to server woes - The Coalition have boosted the amount of credit and experience points you regularly earn through the playlist most were already farming for the goods - Horde Mode.
