I've devoted 20 hours to exploration, and the saved game contains everything mentioned in the title, plus more, including various outfits and key items. The main quest remains largely untouched, with only one cutscene in Rito Village completed. Some side quests were undertaken as part of the process of acquiring certain items. This saved game was enhanced through cheats, which is why it has max hearts and stamina.
