This X4: Foundations mod increases engine maximum travel mode velocities, initially multiplying by 3.5, while keeping acceleration to these speeds about the same as unmodded. Editable to whatever you want, and toggleable. Because of the original mod system structure, it's on a per engine basis that applies to any ship using each engine, player and computer controlled.
