According to an online user survey, 60 percent of British Xbox 360 owners have endured a lost console from technical problems, like the RROD.
1,128 UK console owners were quizzed, with 562 of those owning the Microsoft next-gen. It had the highest rate of failure, with PS3 at 16 percent.
The CNET UK survey also found that the majority of issues with Xbox 360s arose within a year of purchase, with 47 percent seeing their console ‘brick’ within 12 months.
