Gearbox Software who has taken over the reins to see Duke Nukem get out the door says this is in fact a ‘placeholder date’ and not official.
Amazon and Gamestop have listed DNF for February 1st, 2011. A Gearbox representative has confirmed this is only a placeholder release date and not what 2K Games and Gearbox have planned necessarily.
