It was the latest issue of the Official Xbox Magazine that revealed details on Silicon Knights project. It takes place closely before or after the X-Men suffer a tragedy. Our character is dumped by our anti-mutant zealot parent - we get to choose between 3 different kids.
Those 3 choices likely offer different power sets which can be upgraded thanks to the RPG style of X-Genes that let us become more powerful. Interestingly we’ll be making decisions at certain main points throughout the game - their effects are unknown.
Gambit, Magneto, Surge and Quicksilver are confirmed in the cast. Silicon Knights’ last game was Xbox 360’s Too Human which got mixed reactions. Here’s hoping the studio can all wow us with a genuinely great X-Men adventure.
