Capcom’s upcoming squad shooter Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City has been passed ”with no cuts made” by the UK ratings body BBFC. We can expect some ”strong bloody violence”.
There’ll be some strong language too. Also rated recently is The Darkness II which gets a more adult 18 certificate, what with its ”frequent strong violence & gore” and nudey bits.
Operation Raccoon City was given its shiny sticker today whereas The Darkness II got theirs on the 10th. The mobster’s return brings with it ”very strong language & strong sex” warn the BBFC.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC March 20th, 2012.
The Darkness II releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC October 2nd, 2012.
