According to Rockstar PR chief Simon Ramsey, not only is Max Payne 3 getting DirectX 11 support on PC, which will include some heavy-duty tessellation, but that the PC version is being developed alongside the console versions, so there’s no porting going on, to or from the PC.
These screenshots were released showing off how good the PC version is going to look.
Ramsey also revealed that Rockstar is working closely with nVidia on the game, which seems to indicate that Max Payne 3 will be getting PhysX support as well.
Max Payne 3 is due to be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on the 29th March in North America, and the 1st June in Europe.
