Two weeks ago, the BBFC ratings board outed the Game of the Year Edition of Dead Island, Techland’s open world zombie apocalypse RPG. The special edition was officially announced by publisher Deep Silver, which, as expected, will feature the two major DLC packs released for the game.
The DLC includes the single player campaign expansion, Ryder White’s Campaign, which takes on the perspective of the game’s antagonist. The DLC also includes a single player story arc with several hours of gameplay as well as two blueprints and weapons. The Bloodbath Arena is a horde mode in four different arenas which can be played alone or in coop mode.
The Game of the Year Edition will be released on the 26th June, for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, for $29.99 USD.
