BioShock Infinite maintains its lofty altitude in the UK all format chart as it keeps 1st place, while Tomb Raider keeps on surviving 2nd. Trion Worlds’ Defiance, a TV series-based IP, has entered 3rd.
FIFA 13 is still dribbling 4th while Need for Speed: Most Wanted has climbed back into the top 10. Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption: GOTY launched 40th. Not bad for Trion’s Defiance.
It’s one of those transmedia IPs. Defiance is set to air on TV soon as it begins its first season. The show and the MMO are closely tied to one another, affecting each other’s events.
