Kickstarter has been a success in the UK, and now the crowdfunding service is being brought to Canada, allowing Canadian-based projects.
The main point of a Canadian Kickstarter is for developers not to have to worry about currency conversion, as the Canadian dollar has a different exchange rate than the United States.
Kickstarter Canada will start running projects later this Summer.
