Because players need to actually aim and time their abilities to hit enemies, it also means you stand a good chance at dodgy if you pay attention. This makes it ‘fun and tense’.
WildStar uses a ‘telegraph’ system for combat which means zones are displayed on the ground and so anything falling inside of that will be affected by an ability.
Combine that with double jumps, sprinting and dashing for normal movement and you have quite a frenzy when the action starts. Prestige is earned through PvP which of course lets you spend on gear and items focused toward PvP battles. There are multiple arenas and battlegrounds on offer to keep variety alive.
Carbine normalise levels and gear stats during PvP to prevent unfair massacres from taking place.
WildStar releases on PC June 3rd. Pre-orders have begun.
