Based on some hands-on features at the Microsoft Spring Showcase, it looks like Minecraft will be getting some VR support with its upcoming Windows 10 edition.
That’s Oculus Rift support, specifically. While Minecraft creator Notch was more than a little unhappy when Oculus became a Facebook property, nothing’s stopping the massively popular game from coming to the Rift now.
The video below, courtesy of Gamespot, is just one of many first-hand displays of the game’s VR support to come out of the event. Microsoft also released a bunch of screenshots of the Oculus version, and I’m not even going to pretend to understand how still images of VR work.
