Publisher Paradox Interactive are set to showcase the Cities: Skylines Natural Disasters expansion via Livestream on October 6th at 5pm CEST. The new expansion, which will add several devastating disasters to challenge players, will be shown live for the first time. The Livestream will give fans their first glimpse of how to plan for and recover from, a crippling city-wide incident.
Players will have to enact emergency response plans to deal with the situations in the game or risk losing many lives and city buildings. During the scheduled Livestream, Paradox CEO Mariina Hallikainen is set to deal with an iconic comet disaster and show players the new features and systems of the expansion.
Natural disasters is set to be the third major content update for the year old city builder. The expansion is also set to include a scenario editor that will allow players to create their own disaster scenarios and share them with the community so others can play them via the Steam Workshop.
