Ashes of the Singularity Escalation will be releasing on November 3rd priced at $39.99 or $19.99 for those who have the original base game. Developer Stardock have been working not only on the new content additions for the ‘expandalone’ but have also taken to improving the core mechanics of the base game after play feedback.
Stardock have changed the main campaign to focus on the story and lore of the universe as well as adding a host of changes and features to the main game that will improve the player experience. Stardock themselves admitted several faults with the original execution of the title and have endeavored to improve those for new and existing players.
The new Escalation expansion also features a bundle of new content including; new types of worlds such as Crystalline and volcanic worlds, new army units and visual improvements to the overall game.
