Diablo 5 classes haven't been fully revealed, but Blizzard claimed during Diablo 5's BlizzCon 2026 panel the game will launch with "more classes than ever before", as the developers are aiming to top the previous highest count from the get-go. This means the action RPG could be launching with around ten classes at launch, depending on whether Blizzard is counting Diablo 4's just-revealed Amazon class.
