Focus Home Interactive has announced that registration for the World Cup championship tournament for Cyanide Studio’s fantasy-themed football game Blood Bowl II is now live. The tourney will feature a $35,000 purse, including $10,000 in cash prizes, three high-end gaming PCs, computer equipment (including Strix 7.1 headphones, Gladius mice & mouse pads, and Tactic Pro keyboards), a Strix 970 graphic card, Games Workshop licensed products and over 120 Steam games.
There are two forms of registration: any player can register through the Public League form, while official Blood Bowl II community members can register via the Private League form. Gamers will have to survive the Qualifications to get into the final round of 64. The final World Cup playoff will be held on 18th May, 2016.

First Place
$4500, an exclusive Gaming PC branded Blood Bowl 2 and a monitor + Strix 7.1 Headphone, Gladius Mouse & Mouse pad, Tactic Pro Keyboard, the Focus Selection Pack and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada on Steam, and licensed products.
Second Place
$2000, a Gaming Laptop (ROG G752 VY) + Strix 7.1 Headphone, Gladius Mouse & Mouse pad, Tactic Pro Keyboard, the Focus Selection Pack and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada on Steam, and licensed products.
Third Place
$1500, a Gaming Laptop (ROG GL752 VW) + Strix 7.1 Headphone, Gladius Mouse & Mouse pad, Tactic Pro Keyboard, the Focus Selection Pack and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada on Steam, and licensed products.
Fourth Place
