Funcom spent Valentine's Day not putting out the daily weekday patch to Conan Exiles; instead opting for a quick poem followed by a lengthy list of what's to come within the next few days.
Finally living up to their own promise of offering more substantial patches with more time between them, a patch arriving "in the next few days" is to be the biggest since the game's launch two weeks ago.
Though not technically a feature-rich update, this one will offer far more tweaks and fixes than those before it. Rather than having between 1-6 smaller edits, we're looking at rough count of around 40 whenever it lands. And, of course, we'll make a more consolidated post over on the Patch Notes page once it goes live.
Conan Exiles sells over 320,000 copies in first week, Modding Tools now available
Issuing them early, however, we can at least have a quick glance in anticipation. There's every possibility that some of these proposed fixes won't quite make the cut in time, with some others being thrown should the team suddenly see the opportunity. For now, loading screens should be less problematic, building should pop-in quite so visibly objects placed up ceilings and foundations should stay put. Making a quick IP joke Funcom has removed the ability for players to break down rocks with their bare fists citing only Conan can pull off such a feat of strength.
There's no specific time-frame for when to expect this one to roll out, but each day that passes only makes it larger. If you still haven't picked it up, it's somehow considerably cheaper through a certain reseller.
