Vikings: Wolves of Midgard being an isometric A-RPG in the same vein as Diablo, Victor Vran, Torchlight and Titan Quest, it's out there attempting to settle that craving of smashing hundreds of enemies down in as few swings as possible in quick sessions. Featuring co-op just like the best of them, it's certainly one worthy of your time.
Following Norse mythology, Vikings: Wolves of Midgard is all about Ragnarok and the spawning of the Jotun - massive god-tier creatures ripe for the killing. Whereas your Diablo character just happens to be a powerful mortal, your Viking is one with powers bestowed by the gods themselves. And with any game in recent memory, launch day isn't the end of it. Vikings: Wolves of Midgard seems to be attracting a bit of critisism now that the dust has settled. There's no saying a new patch will effectively deal with the feedback thrown their way, but continued support is always a good thing. Let's see what they did;

Mostly just a bunch of assorted fixes yet again, there's no doubt some players are starting to hope for new content drops in due time. There's no tattoo fix just yet, but they're part of the Known Issues. They'll get ironed out soon.

Kalypso Media has yet again released another Vikings: Wolves of Midgard Patch that fixes various bugs and adds a few new improvements to the game. This patch brings Vikings: Wolves of Midgard up to version 1.03. Check out the update changelog below:

Another minor numerical change means there isn't a whole lot to be excited for in this miniscule patch. Still, something is better than nothing - unless that something is a nerf.

Welcome to the first Vikings - Wolves of Midgard patch! We hope you're all having a wonderful time smiting your enemies.
Mostly a bunch of fixes here and there, German players hearing the occasional English enemy will no longer have to put up with that. A boss has been nerfed on certain difficulties and people should no longer be unable to progress through the tutorial when Rage Mode refused to activate.
