There's no shortage of danger in Far Cry New Dawn's post-apocalyptic take on Hope County. That's why, when setting off, you'll probably want to have a few guns on you and even a vehicle or two waiting to make travel easier. Thing is, in order to craft most vehicles and weapons, you're going to need a specific resource.
Here's how to get Titanium and open safes in Far Cry New Dawn.
How to get Titanium and Open Safes in Far Cry New Dawn
The main source for obtaining Titanium is opening safes, which only contain the valuable resource. In order to open safes in Far Cry New Dawn, you'll either have to use remote explosives or unlock the Lock Picking or Repair Torch perk. Getting the perks is a good idea, too, as while you can only carry a finite amount of remote explosives, you can't really run out of lockpicks or repair torch fuel.
If you happen to have a phobia for safes, there are other ways to get Titanium in Far Cry New Dawn. During your travels, you'll notice planes flying overhead and dropping Supply Drops. Claiming these crates for yourself represents another source for Titanium. The same applies to the Supply Trucks driving around Hope County.
Titanium can also be obtained from certain Expedition missions, such as the one that also rewards the Splinter Cell outfit. Expeditions are also a good source of other crafting materials.
The last way to get your hands on Titanium is by purchasing crafting packs by using Far Cry credits, Far Cry New Dawn's premium currency. They come in three varieties: small, rewarding 300 Titanium for 250 Far Cry credits, medium, rewarding 600 Titanium for 500 Far Cry credits and, lastly, large, rewarding 1380 Titanium for 1000 Far Cry credits.
