Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s immersive mode is Ubisoft’s answer to the portion of Breakpoint’s community unsatisfied with how the title handeled gameplay. But when does it release?
Here’s everything we know about the delayed Ghost Recon Breakpoint immersive mode release date.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint Immersive Mode Release Date
Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s immersive mode was initially meant to be released at the end of February, alongside the game’s new Engineer class. That, however, is no longer the case.
Ubisoft has delayed the immersive mode and the Engineer class, both now aiming for a Spring release date. The aim is to launch the two features in a Title Update that also includes Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s Episode 2.
“Our objective with the new immersive mode is to provide an impactful update to the game using your feedback as the foundation. The immersive mode is built upon the results of the Community Survey, your observations gathered by our Community Managers, and workshops with the Delta Company alongside extensive playtesting. “, Ubisoft said in the post announcing the immersive mode’s delay.
“The complexity of integrating this new mode has proven to be a challenge and we want to ensure that the experience will be a great one when it releases. “, the publisher continued.
Ubisoft has yet to delve into specifics regarding the gameplay overhaul it aims to introduce through the mode. We’ll likely learn more on March 5, when more information on Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s immersive mode will be shared.
