Marathon’s revival is a significant pivot for both the classic series and Bungie as a developer, aiming to secure a spot for itself among the top dogs of the extraction shooter subgenre. If you’re keen on exploring Tau Ceti IV yourself, there’s a good chance you’re wondering whether or not the title is available on Nvidia GeForce Now at launch.
As accommodating as Marathon’s system requirements are towards older hardware, GeForce Now support would completely remove any worries tied to running the extraction shooter for any owner subscribed to the cloud streaming service and who also has access to a stable, high-speed internet connection.

This means that, for the time being, we’ll likely have to trust our PCs to be capable enough to help us smoothly scavenge our way across Tau Ceti IV.
This, of course, doesn’t exclude the possibility of Marathon receiving GeForce Now support at a later point in time, given how new games do get regularly added to the service.
If you’re waiting for RAM and GPUs to become more affordable before upgrading, it’s worth exercising patience and keeping an eye on this article as well as Nvidia’s official blog posts.
