StarRupture is available via Steam Early Access and has found great success so far. Developer Creepy Jar is now hard at work squashing pesky bugs and dropping hotfixes. Its roadmap is promising, but the most intrepid players can also grab StarRupture mods and cheats to customise their experience.
With this article, we aim to quickly explain what options for StarRupture cheats and mods you have at the moment. No console commands are available at the time of writing.
StarRupture cheats
StarRupture has no built-in cheats or commands, at least that we know of at this point. This could change as the game evolves through early access, but we’re not counting on it.
Thankfully, players who like to tinker with external tools and push games to their limits can grab StarRupture trainers and Cheat Engine tables. These are the best options we have found so far:
- Fullcodes’ StarRupture trainer via the Cheat Evolution app.
- ModEngine’s Cheat Engine table for StarRupture.
As always, we underline trainers and Cheat Engine tables should be used at your own responsibility, as they might lead to unpredictable game behaviour and even fully corrupted saves. In some cases, such external tools must be executed through paid apps too.
StarRupture mods
Your second, and typically simpler and safer, option is to just head over to Nexus Mods’ StarRupture page and download the latest free user-made mods that give you what you want. Mind you, some of them might be limited to private servers and single-player games. We really recommend going through the installation instructions and descriptions. These are our favourite ones so far:
- xTz2’s Ore Stack 500 - Ore stacks are increased to 500.
- xTz2’s Gather x2 - Plants give x2 of the normal harvest items.
- xTz2’s Ammos Stack - Ammo stacks are increased to 999.
- Caites’ Player Tweaks - Better stamina, regen, faster movement. It also removes (optionally) hunger and thirst.
- Caites’ Bigger Inventory - Starting inventory slots are increased from 24 to 64.
- Caites’ Faster Leveling - Noticeably faster combat, survival, and movement XP. More slots are unlocked earlier.
- V1V0La’s More Electricity - x5 more power is generated by the relevant buildings, but they also cost x5 more resources to build. As a result, you need less units and buildings.
- V1V0La’s 3X Production - x3 production speed on volume and costs to keep things balanced. As a result, you need less units and buildings.
