Kestar Bool is a Caskadag racer and member of the renowned Bool family. He's a ruthless pilot who's been dominating the Galactic League for some time and has mysterious (but probably nefarious) plans for the League.
Shade is recruited by Darius Pax – the head of the League – to take him down, but it remains to be seen how their rivalry develops over the course of Star Wars: Galactic Racer's Campaign mode. Though he's set up as the antagonist of the game's story, he's a playable character in other modes.
Kestar Bool is Weaponized and uses a "deadly style for those interested in playing offense".
