Middle-earth Invasion Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 10 months ago
  • 35.7 MB

If you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, then you just may be a fan of this mod. Witness the awesome power of orcs, ogres, trolls, and more. Command elves, goblins and dwarves in this Tolkien-inspired mod for Age of Wonders III.

Single Figure First Born

  • 494 KB

When you’re talking about a “first born” anything in a fantasy fiction game, it really ought to instill a sense that the first born thing is special and suitably looks it. Unfortunately, the First Born Dwarves in Age of Wonder III are just a bit underwhelming and lackluster amongst their common brethren. This changes that, recreating the First Born unit as a more impressive looking unit in size and detail compared to their comrades.

Elite High Elves Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 3.47 MB

Want to mix some Dark Elf attributes into your overall Elven Age of Wonders III experience? This mod tweaks the High Elves to do just that. The race will gain night vision and become indifferent to blighted and underground areas, with a bonus for cave crawling. Change your game up significantly with the race and play your Elves the way the perpetually outcast Dark Elves of most fantasy fiction lore should be played.

Fairy Tale Europe Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 897 KB

It’s always fun to play games like this on real-world maps, and this scenario adds an extra large fantasy version of middle ages Europe, complete with a selection of new factions loosely based on real-life historical nations. There are also a few minor independent factions to keep you on your toes.

Triumphant Heroes

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 509 KB

There are already hordes of NPC heroes for you to hire in AOW3, but a bit more choice is never a bad thing. This mod adds thirty-five new heroes to recruit, including options for each race and class. Some even come with their own unique gear and abilities.

Racial Class Unit Reskin

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 25.2 MB

Reskins the racial class units to make them a bit more identifiable and visually interesting.

Garrison Command Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 1.31 MB

Now garrisoned tier one and two units will have their unit upkeep reduced, meaning you can justify having some extra defenders scattered around your empire.

Structure Reward Variety

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 583 KB

This simple mod widens the possible rewards options for clearing out low-level adventure sites. That means a wider range of animals and monsters for you to add to your army, including the deadly Dire Penguins. It also removes the chances of you earning racial units from dungeons – you’ll always get some kind of unique neutral monster instead.

Heart of the Underground Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 937 KB

Age of Wonders 3 has huge underground zones to explore, but only a few of the core races possess the necessary traits to overcome the movement and morale penalties that come with subterranean exploration. This mod adds a Heat of the Underground structure which allows your empire to ignore those penalties.

Age of Wardrobe Mod

  • [Mod]
  • Posted 11 months ago
  • 41 KB

Running a successful fantasy empire isn’t all about hiring soldiers and casting epic spells – sometimes you just need to look fabulous. This simple tweak allows you to choose from all the outfits in the game when designing your leader, regardless of class. That means you can have a druid in plate armour, should you wish, or a warrior wearing robes.
