BioWare take "appropriate actions" against Ravager’s Exploit in Star Wars: The Old Republic

Ill-gotten gains in Star Wars: The Old Republic is a big no-no, and BioWare has decided what course of action they're to take in dealing with those who used the 'Ravager’s Exploit'. It's a suspension for some, and bans for others.

The studio recognise this is a "no win situation" and admit responsibility for allowing it to go on "for an unreasonable length of time," but now the bill is due for those who took advantage.

BioWare's Shadow of Revan expansion to MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic is now available through its Early Access pre-order offer to subscribers. That means you can start on Revan's 'final chapter'.

It might surprise you to know that Bioware's staggeringly expensive foray into the MMORPG market, Star Wars: The Old Republic, is still the fourth biggest subscription MMO in the world.

The game made a whopping $165 million in 2013, suggesting that despite largely disappearing from the gaming press since its switch to free-to-play back in 2012, there's life in the old girl yet.
