Arnie in Predator, Ripley in Aliens; every decent group of monster hunters needs a charismatic leader to look to when the chips are down and everyone’s limbs have been devoured.
William Cabot is Evolve’s huntmaster, but he also functions as an in-game support character. Developer Turtle Rock has released a new video demonstrating his particular set of skills.
Cabot is the third and final support character in the game. Like the others, he packs a special skills that aids his allies in the field; in this case Cabot’s damage amplifier makes the monster easier to kill. He also packs a railgun that can shoot through objects, and he can tag the monster with radioactive dust to make it easier to follow.
Handy. Evolve is set for release next February for PC and consoles.
