If you plan on getting into some serious changes in Mafia III, you're probably going to need this mod to get started. This essentially allows you to run your own code in the game, allowing for new functions or operations as you see fit. Not only does this allow for unique commands, but many of the mods you'll see out there for Mafia III right now will use this. A must-have if at the very least as a gateway tool to other greater things.
