Sony announced the release date for BioShock Infinite on the PlayStation US Blog, which isn’t news unto itself, since the release date had been widely announced already by Irrational Games.
However, Sony did reveal an interesting tidbit in their own announcement, which is that the US version of BioShock Infinite on the PlayStation 3 will include the original BioShock on the Blu-Ray disc.

BioShock Infinite is due to be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America on the 16th October, and in Europe on the 19th October.
