Starbreeze, known for developing the recent Syndicate game, has announced that it plans to acquire Overkill Software.
Before the acquisition can take place, Starbreeze's shareholders need to give their approval.
The Overkill team are mainly known for developing squad-based FPS Payday: The Heist for PC and PlayStation Network, although this acquisition would also add P13 and Cold Mercury to the Starbreeze library.
