The Qunari will be a playable race in the upcoming sequel Dragon Age: Inquisition, BioWare has confirmed at PAX Prime 2013.
Players may remember Sten, the hornless Qunari from Dragon Age: Origins who was a party member, and the horned Qunari and the Arishok from Dragon Age II who drove the plot of the sequel. Players will be able to choose female Qunari, which had not been seen before; interestingly, the Qunari think females aren’t warriors, so this might provide a hint that the sort of Qunari the player may create will be a rebel.
Dragon Age: Inquisition will be coming on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4 next year.
