Bethesda Softworks has announced that it’s opening a publishing office in Sydney, Australia, which the publisher says will aid in marketing and distributing games in the country.
The office will be run by veteran marketer Simon Alty, whose company One to Another marketed The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in Australia and New Zealand.
Alty will probably be helping Bethesda release games that won’t violate the country’s traditionally strict ratings board. Bethesda’s upcoming game is the gruesome horror title The Evil Within, so perhaps Alty will make sure Australia gives it an R18+ rating.
