Mirror's Edge writer Rhianna Pratchett won't be returning for the sequel to the free-running game. In a series of posts on twitter, Pratchett confirmed that she isn't involved and gave her thoughts on the story direction of the original.
The Tomb Raider scriptwriter addressed the issues after being asked whether she'd be back for Mirror's Edge 2.
Pratchett admitted that the original script wasn't up to scratch, and gave her reasons as to why that was the case.
She went on to wish the new team the best of luck with their project.
Pratchett's career certianly hasn't been harmed by the problems with Mirror's Edge's story. She was praised for delivering a fresh approach to the Tomb Raider series last year, and has been involved with several projects including Bioshock Infinite, Risen, Prince of Persia and the Overlord series.
