Gazillion Entertainment demoed some of the content fans can expect from Marvel Heroes 2016 - the next annual evolution of the MMO action RPG - at New York Comic Con over the weekend.
Comics nerds can enjoy a story campaign based on the major Secret Invasion event from 2008, in which the devious Skrulls invade Earth in the guise of various superheroes.
Mad, bad old Thanos also makes his debut in a new raid, while the Savage Land Patrol Zone will let players take a tour of the prehistoric wilderness and its roster of ”dinosaurs, sadistic mutates and more”. Gazillion’s also going to be integrating stories and characters form All-New, All-Different Marvel, the latest relaunch for Marvel Comics.
Less exiting, but still very welcome, is the addition of controller support, something that fans have been asking for for quite some time. Leaderboards, Steam Achievements and a Mac version are all incoming, and the flow of extra characters and game content will continue.
