A new mod for Fallout 4 was posted by a member of Reddit that changes the entire look of Fallout 4, making it seem as if the game is a cel-shaded cartoon a la Borderlands.
The mod’s effect is extremely wide-ranging, but ironically comes from adding a small .txt file which can be downloaded here.
The modder, Reddit_is_wrong, actually doesn’t like Fallout 4 all that much, disparaging the game, ”Fallout 4 is a huge disappointment and a 7/10 game at best. Don’t buy it if you haven’t already, I’m regretting it each time I play it. No amount of mods will ever change what is wrong about Fallout, that almost every character you meet is the most boring character you meet giving out the most boring linear procedurally generated fetch quests.”
Despite his disdain for the game, he instructs:
