With Dead by Daylight’s Chapter 13 released back in September, players are likely wondering when Chapter 14 might begin and whether its start date will make for an extra spooky Christmas.
In a recent Reddit AMA, developer Behaviour Interactive addressed the Dead by Daylight Chapter 14 start date question while also confirming the Killer on which the lore of the upcoming chapter will focus.
Dead by Daylight Chapter 14 Start Date
“No ETA was announced yet.”, the developer answered to a fan wondering if there’s an estimated Chapter 14 start date, following up with a request to “Keep an eye on our socials!”.
As far as Dead by Daylight Chapter 14’s lore focus goes, when a fan asked if it will revolve around The Spirit, one of the game’s 17 Killers, the developer answered with a simple “Yes”.
The three-month gaps between the latest two chapters suggest that we could end up seeing Dead by Daylight Chapter 14 before the end of the year. The Stranger Things-focused Chapter 13 came out on September 17, making December the third month since its launch.
In the same Reddit AMA, developer Behaviour Interactive said that Pennywise and Jason have a “standing invitation” to join the Dead by Daylight roster which already plays host to several iconic horror villains.
Dead by Daylight is out now on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
