Publisher Square Enix has detailed the additions that the latest Just Cause 4 patch will bring to Avalanche Studio's latest open-world outing.
The main additions coming with the patch, which rolls out today on consoles, include a new 4K rendering solution, alongside water effects and anti-aliasing improvements and the free legacy Just Cause 3 Rico Skin. PC players will receive a "similar update" later during the week, which will also add Chroma Keyboard support.
Here are the patch notes for today's console update:
In the same post on its website, Square Enix has also revealed the Just Cause 4 roadmap for the following months. In terms of free content, April/May will bring another update, while June/July should see the addition of another Legacy Item, alongside Monthly Challenges. Upon completing these challenges, players will earn cosmetic rewards for their wingsuit and parachute.
