Sony today unveiled the PlayStation Plus monthly games for July 2025, revealing a balanced lineup of titles with which it kicks off the subscription service’s 15th anniversary celebrations. At the top of the list, we find Diablo 4, Blizzard’s gloomy hack-and-slash RPG, which is preparing for the launch of its ninth post-launch season.
The fourth entry in the long-running series stays true to the core tenets of its predecessors, asking us to pick one of several distinct classes, revel in slaughtering hordes of enemies, and equip new loot that makes us able to take on stronger foes.
PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for July 2025 and 15th Anniversary Celebrations
The second game that’s part of July 2025’s PS Plus Monthly Games lineup is none other than King of Fighters XV. Joining the 15th anniversary celebrations, SNK Corporation’s fighting game packs a serious punch, bringing back the series traditional 3-on-3 team battle setup.

Its roster of 39 characters means there’s plenty to choose from, regardless of your preferred playstyle. The new combat system it boasts adds a modern touch, while the inclusion of rollback netcode helps keep lag at bay when competing in online matches.
As a bonus, the game’s PS Plus version also includes the Classic Leona DLC costume, which unlocks the character’s KoF ‘96 look.
The PlayStation Plus monthly games for July 2025 also include Jusant, an action-puzzle climbing game that balances out the intensity of the two titles preceding it.
Its meditative journey to the top of a tall tower encourages mastering various climbing tools and managing stamina, albeit not in a manner that’s too stressful.
In addition to the PS Plus monthly games for July 2025, the subscription service’s 15th anniversary celebrations have much more in store for members.
PS Plus Premium subscribers get access to game trials for both WWE 2K25 (starting today) and Monster Hunter Wilds (starting on June 30).
All subscribers, regardless of tier can take advantage of exclusive offers on the PlayStation Store between June 27 and June 29), during which time games such as Sniper Elite: Resistance, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, and Star Wars Outlaws will be discounted.
A series of special tournaments will also be hosted to celebrate PlayStation Plus’ 15th Anniversary, allowing those interested to compete in titles such as EA Sports FC, NBA 2K, UFC, and Madden NFL. Prizes include “in-game virtual currency, an exclusive PSN avatar, and Sony Pictures Core Movie Credits,” as per a blog post dedicated to the event.
Then, PlayStation Plus Premium members have a 15% discount on up to 2,000 movies from the Sony Pictures Core library.
Last on the list of PlayStation Plus 15th Anniversary events is an online multiplayer weekend, scheduled to last between June 28 and June 29.
While live, PS5 owners can join online multiplayer matches without an active PlayStation Plus membership, making it a great time to try out the online component of the PS Plus monthly games for July 2025.
