Shadow of the Tomb Raider is one of the best Tomb Raider games ever to come out, if our review is anything to go by, but in this day and age, post-launch updates and content can make or break any given game, be it big or small.
We've prepared this page to try and give you a sweet and succinct overview of how Shadow of the Tomb has evolved ever since it's been released, so be sure to stay on the lookout for future updates as we cover them here.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Update 3 (1.0.234.1)
Update 3 has been pushed to alleviate the issues mainly related to players who haven't been able to achieve 100% game completion, including some highly-specific quest problems, and certain achievements. Various progression stoppers have also been dealt with.
Developers have also worked on updates for the game's voice-over in various languages, and certain DirectX 12-related issues that were specific to one particular build of Windows 10. The full changelog can be found on Shadow of the Tomb Raider Steam Discussions page.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Update 2 (1.0.230.9)
This update is focused primarily on compatibility issues and performance, and as such, isn't particularly interesting except for making the game run better alongside an improvement in general stability and engine reliability. That said, the update is larger than 2 GBs, so there might be something interesting inside that'll get revealed further down the line.
A full, comprehensive changelog is available on the Shadow of the Tomb Raider Steam Discussions page.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Update 1 (1.0.230.8)
The very first update for Shadow of the Tomb Raider introduces extended support and UI elements for the Steam Controller, as well as Steam Link support, a number of improvements to the game's photo mode, and better support for stereoscopic 3D.
Alongside this, players can also expect fixes for jittery camera movement, some texture issues, and high-framerate helicopter interactions. A full changelog is available on the Shadow of the Tomb Raider Steam Discussions page.
