Teemto Pagalies is a playable Veknoid character from the planet Moonus Mandel. In Star Wars: Galactic Racer, he returns after first appearing in The Phantom Menace and past Star Wars racing video games.
Described as "flamboyant and hilarious", Teemto Pagalies was an outcast from his homeworld who found fame in podracing. During the Boonta Eve Classic won by Anakin Skywalker, his podracer was damaged and subsequently destroyed by Tusken raiders camped out on the Canyon Dune turn, though that didn't stop him from returning to the races.
