We haven't had a good Alone in the Dark title in quite some time now, but there's an inkling of a chance that there's a change in sight for the grandfather of survival horror games.
Atari bring back horror properties Alone in the Dark and Haunted House
Atari is planning to unveil the resurrection of two classic horror franchises at PAX Prime this month - Haunted House and Alone in the Dark. There's no information on exactly what's on the way for either series, but let's hope that both fare a little bit better than last time they were rebooted.
Ex-Eden Games devs form Blossom Minds, "done with AAA"
Former talent behind Test Drive Unlimited 2 and Alone in the Dark have created a new studio called Blossom Minds, and want "original and quality" digital titles. Their first videogame is due for launch in 2012. They're after "smaller games" with "big production polish." Whooping AAA titles aren't welcome anymore.
