The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth, the much-anticipated "mega DLC" pack for Edmund McMillen and Florian Himsl's cult hit roguelike, will, adding a huge amount of new content including levels, modes, bosses, power-ups and more.
Developer Nicalis and McMillen promise around 100 hours of new gameplay, as well as enough changes to makefeel "like a completely new game."

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has received an impressive amount of content since its launch last year, and that drip-drip-drip of new levels, modes and challenges doesn't show any signs of letting up in the near future.
Developerhas been adding new fan suggested items like the Dead Eye and Continuum, and in on the game's website he revealed that daily runs and scoreboards are both on their way.
Developer Edmund McMillenthat The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will get a new expansion pack called Afterbirth “hopefully around the middle” of this year.
Worryingly, he says that the new content, which includes a brand new game mode as well as a bunch of extra goodies, will keep players occupied for another 100 to 200 hours.
