This Darkest Dungeon mod adds a new Dungeon based off of Japanese History and Culture with custom enemies, hazards, bosses, and more. This mod has the following:
- 8 new enemies that inhabit the Isles
- 1 new miniboss that can appear at random in the Isles
- 3 new bosses
- Quest progression (sorta like CC)
- Custom Curios and Hazards
- Powerful new quirks and new deadly diseases
- New supply items
- 3 new districts that are earned from doing Sunward Isle quests
