This project is self contained within a single Microsoft Excel File*. Within, players will find: Complete tierlists (in rank order and by level) for all 206 perks, listed in individual order;
SPECIAL tierlists, ranking each of the ~30 perks in each SPECIAL;
Detailed SPECIAL tierlists, ranking each individual rank of each perk in each SPECIAL;
Graphs showing the distribution of perks by tier;
Graphs showing the rate of acquisition of new perks by tier;
A derived attributes calculator that allows you to see what statistical effects SPECIAL, perks, and other miscellaneous factors with have on your build;
A complete transcription and analysis of an alternative tierlist.
