CCP Games has announced that the Retribution expansion will be hitting EVE Online on the 4th December. The expansion marks the 10th anniversary for the space sim MMO.
Retribution will be reworking the MMO’s bounty system, allowing players to exact revenge by placing bounties on individuals, corporations and alliances and enlisting other players to ”do the dirty work.” Crimewatch, the aggression flagging system, will also be revamped.
If that weren’t enough, Retribution will also rework all frigates, destroyers and cruisers as part of the expansions re-balancing project. Four new Tier 2 destroyer-class ships will be added, while NPC artificial intelligence, factional warfare, sound design and the user interface will be improved.
