The developer also took the time to announce the 5th class, called the Mechnomancer, a perky red-headed goth chick with a knack for robots, which will be available a few months after the game’s release. The Mechnomancer will be free to members of the Premiere Club, which can be joined simply by pre-ordering the game.
Joining will not only allow players to download the 5th class, but they will be rewarded with some weapons, a rare item, and the Vault Hunter’s Relic, which increases luck in finding rare gear.
Borderlands 2 will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this coming September 2012.
