PC gamers chomping at the bit for a shot at Street Fighter V won’t have to wait long. Capcom’s blog has announced a start date for its second beta, which will open up for PC, including crossplay with PS4, on October 23rd. The beta will allow players to test out fan-favorites and new characters alike, with certain features set to release at certain times as the beta progresses.
The schedule is subject to change, but it would appear that Ken, Vega, R. Mika, and newcomers, Necalli and Rashid, will be selectable from the get-go with Karin becoming selectable later on the same day the beta starts. There will be maintenance as Capcom smooths out features with its servers, but players will be allowed to play until the beta’s end on October 25th.
If you’re itching to get in on the fight, then you can get access to the beta by pre-ordering Street Fighter V on Steam.
