The Warhammer Vermintide 2 Beta will begin this weekend, developer Fatshark Games has announced. Anyone who's signed up for the Beta should get a key before Saturday, but demand has apparently been very high.

We interview Fatshark's Martin Wahlund and Mats Andersson on the Vermintide series!
If you want to join in on the Vermintide 2 Closed Beta simply go here and click 'Beta Sign-up'. However, you might have to be patient as Fatshark have apparently been overwhelmed with the amount of requests. CEO of Fatshark Martin Wahlund said:
"The demand for keys has been much higher than we ever imagined, and as such we are getting a lot of emails from gamers that haven’t gotten keys. However, anyone that has Pre-Ordered the game will also be able to play the BETA.”
They say that anyone who has signed up for the Beta already, or pre-ordered the game, should receive a Beta key in time, but due to the sheer volume of requests it could be anytime between now and Saturday morning, which is when the Beta is due to begin.
If you want to pre-order the game to guarantee entry to the Beta, and also to get the 'Death On The Reik' DLC for the first game, Warhammer: The End Times - Vermintide, go to the Steam page here. It's currently also 10% off.
We've already played Vermintide 2 and it's looking to be lots of fun, and we're certainly hoping it can surpass the first game - although with the introduction of Chaos that shouldn't be too hard.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has a release date of March 8.
